Advises on a wide range of issues including strategic and day-to-day HR advice, contract and policy drafting, Tribunal litigation (as well as appeals to Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal), compromise agreements, discrimination issues, corporate due diligence and TUPE.
