Legislation now exists requiring certain employers to publish details of differences in pay and bonus levels between their male and female employees. That information should be added to the company's website and also uploaded to a government website. We are now starting to see the first gender pay reports being published at https://gender-pay-gap.service.gov.uk/Viewing/search-results.
